The installer showed up late in the evening, more than 7 hours beyond estimated arrival. He said Lowe's keeps him very busy, and that was the best he could do. He rolled in the new unit from the garage, and declared that he could not install it because the supplied parts were incorrect. He left, and said someone would call to arrange to order the correct parts, and schedule a new installation date. That also never happened. I called the store. They didn't call back. Works Extremely Well

Smart appliances are plain dumb
Another otherwise great appliance ruined by smart technology. Blocking the delay function and forcing it into an utterly poor designed and UI app is a horrible decision and if I knew Bosch did this I would never have bought it. Luckily it was the first appliance i bought for a total gut remodel and the last Bosch.

First week of Ownership

It has a container for rinse aid, however, we use a soap/rinse all in one tablet and didn’t fill the rinse aid. Set the rinse aid level distribution level to zero so that it would not remind us to fill it. We also have city soft water and didn’t need to fil the salt container.
