Seriously?
11 out of 14 reviews were collected as part of a promotion. All 11 were 5 stars while the remaining 3 were 4 stars. How can we possibly take Lowe’s review rating section as credible? I’m just trying to find honest, fact based reviews to make an educated decision, not sponsored paid promotions. So disheartening.

Surprise problem
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works well BUT it only takes small plates--NO full size dinner plates. I have had 2 Bosch's in the past so it never occurred to me our regular plates might not fit in the new one. UGH!

Perfect replacement for older 18" Bosch Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the enhancements made in the Bosch 18" dishwasher over the last one we had, notably the app controller and the 3rd tray/drawer for utensils. My one criticism is that the two spinners above the main tray does not give enough clearance for a typical 10.5" dinner plate in the center (they only fit on the edges).

We replaced an older model of the same dimensions and I was relieved that installation was manageable by myself as the critical dimensions and connection points were the same. The new model has a 3rd tray for utensils, which is nice. My one complaint is that the lower tray does not have enough clearance in the middle for normal size plates.
