Solid and sturdy bit!
I needed to drill through my poured concrete foundation in my basement to run gas, water, and electric out to my patio to prepare for my patio kitchen build. This bit ate through the very old and cured concrete but word of advice - go slowly - all concrete core bits do better if they do the work and don’t get too hot. Take your time and you’ll be set.

When it's time to get to work choose Bosch
Bosch's 1 9/16 in speed core bit is designed to be used for drilling holes through masonry brick and masonry products like stucco cement board or even a combination of these and wood (Not metal). The Bosch Speedcore Core Bit is designed for drilling with smaller hammers. The bit features tungsten carbide teeth, an ejector hole, but does not include the pilot bit that is sold separately and usable with any size speedcore bit.

Cut through 9” poured wall with ease
Bought this to use with my Bosch hammer drill to drill through 8-9” poured concrete wall. Whole process to 10 -15 min as I took some. Breaks but this thing drilled through with ease. Teeth look in good shape for another hole. Did not hot any rebar.

This bit worked great cut right thru the brick with very little effort
