We have a Bosch kitchen and just hit the 3yr mark. Already replaced the dishwasher and the microwave. We'll eventually replace the range that has never worked. As other commenters have mentioned lighting the range oven doesn't work and never has. Repair guy said user error and Bosch wasn't helpful.
Oven takes about 8 tries to light
I've had this oven for a little under two years but even during its early uses the oven NEVER turned on reliably. Sometimes I have to sit there with the oven light on and light it ten times before I see the burner turn on. I've tried to figure out if it's something I'm doing or if there is some dirty fuse but apparently everyone else has the same issue. The other horrible thing is that because it's an imprecise knob with no markings, you have to roughly estimate what you think the temperature is...

BUY the range - but READ the manual
I was hesitant to buy this range because of the mixed reviews. Until I saw a review from a chef and that made me complete my purchase. Love my Bosch Free Standing Range!

Difficult to Control
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The five burners all work great except the large center burner is simply too hot and we end up burning the food. The oven has a similar problem. The temperature control knob is not digital so it's very difficult to tell the actual oven temperature.

Ignition issues
I thought I was alone in this but after reading other reviews it turns out I’m not. My home came brand new with this unit so I don’t share the same frustration as those who bought it with the highest of hopes, but I am disappointed in how hard it is to light the burners both on the cooktop and in the oven. Fake Fancy, not Great to use
The stove is a pain to use. The burners often don't stay lit when turning them on. The oven is just as bad and can be hard to tell if it's lit through the little hole they give you to tell if it's lit. Twist knob, hold for 5 seconds? The burner may stay lit, same goes for the oven. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason. I am always telling myself to hold on to the knob longer to ensure it stays lit and I sear 50% of the time the flame still goes out.
