Superior appliance
I love my induction cooktop. I thought it would be difficult to learn how to use, but actually it is a breeze and so easy to clean. I highly recommend getting silicone disks to set the cookware on ...it just protects your investment and also aids in cleaning. I would buy this over and over again.

Worth it
Way faster than the previous electric range. There's a bit of a hum sometimes and the front 'burners' are a bit small. I prefer a larger one forward. The controls are intuitive.

Features missing for the price
Love Bosch and previously owned one of their induction cooktops, which I loved. However, I’m rating this one lower for two reasons. 1. There is no cooking timer that can switch off a zone after a set time, so you cannot have the cooktop automatically turn off after X minutes of cooking (e.g., for rice, pasta, etc.). Instead, it only has a basic kitchen timer that just beeps. This auto‑off cooking timer existed on older Bosch models, so it never even crossed our minds that the “timer” in the des...
