Very Disappointed
We had the regular electric version of this and it was pretty good. We thought that by stepping up to induction and knowing that Bosch has built a name for itself in good design and mechanical engineering that we would be even more satisfied but sadly the opposite. Finally: induction all electric range
We have been planning this for 2 years. We initially bought a single place portable inductive top (Duxtop) to see how this worked. It worked well but the fan made a loud noise making normal speech in the kitchen difficult. So we thought this is part of induction cooking. We then found a neighbor with an inductive cooktop to test out. It was not noisy but the controls on top and no knobs made it a non-starter.
