New Bosch Owner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 10 year old washer with the Bosch 800. We purchased it without seeing it in person. It gets our dishes so clean! I love the 3rd top utensil rack (bigger than our previous washer) and the crystal dry function does a great job! The one thing our old washer had that this doesn’t, is more cleaning options. The top rack on this dishwasher is a little awkward and doesn’t hold as much as I’d like. Overall, satisfied.

Quality is not what it used to be

My first Bosch in my old home was 7-8 years old and still like new. So I didn’t hesitate to purchase another for my new home. This new one is barely 3 years old and already has a hairline crack on the control panel, multiple rust spots on the racks and now the cycle ends with an E02 error and dishes are either not fully clean or soaking wet. Definitely not worth the investment any longer.

Great capacity

Lower Rack Bad Design

The track for the lower rack has a gap that the rack wheels fall through when the rack is loaded. You cannot pull the rack out or push it in without the rack wheels falling through the gap and the rack falling into the bottom of the dishwasher. The rack wheels will simply not stay on the tracks. Stay away from Bosch.

Works well - dries much better than expected

Chose it as the only reasonably priced option that could take our custom panel door sold at Abt. Expected problems without heated dry, but it does very well drying. Cleans very well. A good choice

Best Dishwasher! - Always a Bosch customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older 800 series Bosch, and always loved it. Best dishwasher and so quiet. I knew when I was going to renovate my kitchen, I would without a doubt get another Bosch. I love it just as much as my first. Love that is it panel ready and looks so beautiful in my kitchen. Runs smooth and quiet. Very high tech. Love the app features too.

New model not as good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had Bosch dishwashers for years. This is my 3rd one. The new top shelf configuration is the worst. There used to be 2 sides with racks and now it's one. The glasses don't fit when there are bowls on the same side. Overall it fits less and not easy to turn on. Plus super $$$$ Not impressed
