Rivals my 2 SubZeros from my last house BECAUSE I have had no venting problems , dust in vents or frozen water lines. 8 years old and still looks anbd performs like new. i am thankful that I choose Bosch for all my kitchen appliances!!

Door Adjustments and Freezer Drawer divider
The spacers used to adjust the door height continually fell out. Even tried to "glue" them together. Lastly, tried to use "pliers" to bend them so they are tighter. Waiting to see if it works. Freezer drawer divider must be unscrewed to remove it and the drawer. Not adjustable. After drawer removal, need to ensure "gears" are aligned for the self-closing feature.

Regret buying it
This fridge is not at all what I expected. The build quality is poor and materials light weight. I'm afraid I'm going to break the middle drawer (which requires two hands) every time I open it. Definitely an inferior looking and feeling product for a supposed superior brand.

Very pleased with this refrigerator. We had to find one quickly because of a component failure on the old one. Have not owned a Bosch before. Design is very nice. Runs very quiet. Has subtle inside lighting. Door function is smooth and not clunky.

Great fridge most of the time
After one year the condensate drain froze solid causing water to leak onto my floor. No drain obstruction besides the ice. Now it has occurred again. No diagnostic or repair information seems to be available for a do-it-yourself repair.
