What Customers Are Saying
The microwave has received mixed reviews. Many customers praise its performance, design, and features, but a significant number have experienced issues like door switch problems, loud fan noise, and the unit failing after a few years. While it works well for some, the reliability concerns and high repair costs make it a risky purchase for others.

Bosch 500 Series Over-The-Range Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Issues involving the door latch malfunctioning after 8 years and shutting down power. Until then it worked great and I replaced it with same model to fit the space.

Great fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are restoring and updating a house built in 1926. This microwave was the ideal choice. Bosch appliances have always exceeded our expectations and the microwave is no exception. The simple, yet elegant, design blends beautifully with the original cabinets and sink unit while providing modern convenience. Bosch appliances are built to last and operate efficiently and will always be my go-to choice.

Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only used this once so far and we are very satisfied with the overall ease of the functions.

Good unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been pleased with our purchase. Internally it is larger than the equivalent sized unit it replaced. The liner is easy to clean. Heating is quick, even, and easy to regulate. The reason for the 4/5 stars is that closing the door is noticeably louder than any other microwave we're owned.

Great ventilation and all around good microwave
I got this microwave to pair with a new Bosch induction range. Despite it not being a dedicated hood, it vents the heat really well, and prevents steam build up when boiling large pots of water. Would certainly buy again!

Great unit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We exchanged our 8 year old Samsung and looked for a unit that would last longer and fit our lifestyle better. This was it and has done all we hoped. Easy install, fit and finish as you would like, wife loves how it works and I can operate it too! Thanks!
