Broken part before having oven a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a new custom home build. My Bosch oven was installed (during the build) and the fan broke right before having this oven for a year. This is the reason for 4 Star otherwise I would have given it a 5. Warranty department was super nice and easy to work with to get my oven fixed around the holiday season. I love Bosch and all my appliances in my home are Bosch. Happy Customer overall :)

Fantastic oven!

From roasting vegetables, to making pizza and baking loaves of sourdough, this oven does it all. It is extremly user friendly and I particularly appreciate being able to control the temperature with knobs which a specific feature I was loking for.

Great Oven

Dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There were a couple of things I assumed were standard on ovens, so did not think to ask prior to purchasing this oven. The convection fan always runs when the oven is on and does not turn off when the door is opened. This results in a blast of very hot steam in my face. This also drastically drops the oven temperature as all the hot air is blown out. I have never used a convection oven - professional or home where the fan does not shut off when...
