The inside of the refrigerator is spacious and the lighting is bright. Food can be easily seen and organized. The shelves are sturdy. The water faucet on the exterior is at the perfect level. The outside of the refrigerator is beautiful. I love everything about this purchase.

We have gone through many many refrigerators and manufactures. We decided to pay a little more and get a good one. We are very happy with Bosch! One comment to make is that the control panel for water and ice doesn't show the amount of ounces of water being disbursed. That's the only criticism.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our old fridge which died right before Christmas. We had hoped to get a counter depth unit, but alas, that didn't work with our timeline. After a month, the fridge has been good, the kids are delighted with the ice dispenser and have been doing their best to try and run it out (they haven't yet!). We've had one issue with the fridge where the ice maker shut off mysteriously, which required a hard reboot of the frid...
