Great product, wish I could fit more clothes!

Don't Buy--Long time Bosch user
We had an amazing Bosch washer that was still working after over 21 years. We were big fans--so pleased with the energy efficiency, water thriftiness, and cleaning effectiveness. Long time user -- I would not recommend!
Purchased and installed in 2021. Washer recently broke during a wash. Bosch Factory Service came out, did zero troubleshooting and then ordered 5-6 parts, including the display. The display was backordered until Jul 31 -- 2.5 months. So at a minimum will not be repaired until then. I would not recommend Bosch appliances because their factory service does not actually troubleshoot the problem, they just replace parts and hope it works, and they don't seem to have control over their inventory, hav...

washer is leaking water from front seal inlet
not so happy with this machine within first couple of weeks of use I have to call service as the machine leaks all the time whenever water is turned from the top of the door seal inlet. when i called bosch they don't even know who their authorized servicers are. going back to the appliance store to see if they can fix it.

Major upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for the past 6 months and has been a major upgrade from an expensive "other brand" we had many issues with. The cloth are cleaner which I would not believed if it wasn't for seeing it with my own eyes. It is much quieter and from my energy tracking utilizes less power while still within the same cycle range as our older machine. The app is a nice plus to just help me keep track of our load status.
