Second PS21 to fail
This is my second PS21 to fail. This unit only operates in position 1 as position 2 makes too much noise. I own the PS31 drill and use it the most, my PS41 is great too, even the GHO12V works great. The only problem unit is the PS21 units. It is either the design or manufacturing that is flawed.

I bought this a decade ago to work on a mobile project. Ten years later, it's been one of my most heavily used (and abused) tools for every kind of project. This thing has never let me down. It's stronger than it has any right to be, dead simple to use, has all the features you need (and that torque lock still works!), and lasts ages on these little batteries. Of the hundreds of tools I own, this is easily in the top 3 best of the bunch.

Garbage!
I used to consider Bosch a high end brand, but after replacing my original Bosch compact drill (which I had for well over a decade), this tool has broken on me multiple times. Already been repaired under warranty once. About to send off again, and then I'm immediately selling this piece of crap.

Died after barely being used
Bought this for light drill/driver uses like installing and removing 7/16 bolts because it was small and could carry around easier than the 20 volt drills and drivers I have. Bought a Bosch because they are usually reliable for years. This drill/driver was not used much and only small light jobs but it started smoking and it then quit working while screwing in 6 one inch 7/16 bolts.
