Disappointed
After a lot of brand research I chose this item. I was disappointed that I missed it has NO drying at all. The dishes have to be dried before they are put up. But worse- I bought this in May 2022, this summer (May 2025) the blade on the top of the dishwasher just fell off. It was sitting on top of my dishes on the top rack. It's past warranty - but this is clearly not something we did. Poor quality if it just falls off after a couple years despite its higher price and boast of quality.

good for the first 2 years
After 2 years and 3 months the heating element went bad. worked just fine in the beginning. For over $800 I would expect more. Planned obsolescence is really getting to me. Best advice I've heard lately, when it comes to appliances, buy the cheapest one since you're gonna have to replace it in a few years anyway.

Not Aware
We were not aware that the inside of the dishwasker was smaller than our previous dishwasher. Outside fit in same space. Second item No heating element. Yes we took for granted that the dishwasher would dry the dishes as all the other ones we have had over the past 40 years This was puzzling till we realized there was no heat element.
