Overpriced, misrepresented

Here's what originally influenced my decision to order this model: "Leak guard": The old Bosch dishwashers had leak abatement tray and leak detection. I remember a friend showing me theirs some time ago. I was expecting the same here. PureDry "heated drying": Oh! Going strong after 3 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans well and having the utensil tray in the top is great. The middle shelf is adjustable, and I constantly use that feature when I load large dinner plates on the bottom rack. It's easy to maintain, the drain got clogged once, it stopped its cycle and gave an error message. I got the drain flushed and it works fine now. Keep up on your Maintenence and clean the filter once a month!

Disappointed

Mostly Fantastic

I love that the third rack for silverware uses a lot of space that would otherwise be wasted. I also put a lot of spatulas and serving spoons up there because the included removable basket is too short and they fall over the edge. You can stand next to it while it is running and have a conversation, in the next room you have to listen for it to hear it and two room away you can't even hear it. Extra drying time & okay for infrequent users

The "extra dry" cycle must be used on this machine to get dishes dry. That still won't work on plastic containers, but that's no different from other machines I've had. It helps to crack the door open after the cycle has run to air out any plasticware. I normally don't run the machine more than once a week, so after every cycle I have to use a sponge to soak the water up that's left in the filter chamber at the bottom of the machine.
