Bonnie Plants 2 -Pack Bonnie's Spinach Plant in Pot

Phenomenal plant!

I bought four of these and planted them in April (zone 5). Each plant multiplied and I ended up with 20 total plants, which large, succulent delicious leaves. I began harvesting in May. They survived until we had a bad storm in July which uprooted them. I will definitely buy again.

NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING!!!!

YOU GET NEW ZEALAND SPINACH!!!! and it doesn't look anything like a normal spinach plant! Besides the fact that it bolts the 2nd week of being in the soil! its horrible! the stalks fall over and snap, the leaves are pointy and small and it grows nothing like normal baby spinach....which is what i thought i was getting since that what they show a picture of!!!!!! i gave it 2 stars cuz it did grow.

spinach failure

i received 8 plants as a gift for mothers day i let them adjust and then planted them on memorial weekend the spinach just bolted so i snipped of the stem with the bolt and cut the top off of the plant and cooked those small leafs. why would they bolt so fast and will the part i left in the ground regrow.? so far my other plants seem ok. (tomatoes, and broccoli)

If you can’t buy in the store, don’t bother

Let me first say that Bonnie’s customer service is very helpful. It’s the shipping process that’s the problem. I ordered 8 plants. Of the 8, only 2 (premium salad blend) survived the shipping. The 4 spinach and 2 red romaine plants were dead on arrival. They looked like they were shipped upside down. I emailed Bonnie with pics and they sent the 6 plants again. The 2 that came by FedEx were delayed by an extra day and again dead on arrival. The 4 spinach came via UPS and lasted a couple of days b...
