The Blue Pure 121 Particle + Carbon Filter protects against both gaseous and particulate contaminates. The active carbon mesh sheet within this huge combination filter removes light smoke, odors, gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), while the advanced polypropylene filter media captures virtually every airborne contaminant down to a virus (0. 1 microns) in size: pollen, dust, pet dander, mold spores, allergens and bacteria. With a large surface area as well as 360-degree air intake, the Blue Pure 121 Particle + Carbon Filter has a higher capacity and longer filter lifetime. In addition, the less dense polypropylene filter material improves air flow for better performance, while naturally discouraging mold and bacteria growth. The click-and-change filter is easily removed and replaced, and can be put into recycling at the end of its service life.
