Dog Run Enclosure

The dog run is excellent for 3 small dogs. It's built tough and easy to put together. Make sure you have a way of hauling it as the packaging is about 9 feet long and very heavy. I took 3 people with me in a truck to pick it up.

They only sent half the pieces.

Lowes only sent half the pieces for this item but they believe they sent the entire kit. They have completely ruined the time frame of my project and I may have to initiate a charge back if they will not fix this. The customer service reps keep lying to me. First they told me the manufacturer was responsible, then on a subsequent call they said I would receive a followup communication within 4 hours. Both were false statements just to get me off the line with them.

Easy to install and fit the project. Ended up buying a second one and will be buying 2 more in the next month.

2 hour setup tike is a joke.

Nothing. The chain link mesh is junk. I had to go along the whole length, top and bottom to crimp the ends of the mesh to keep it from falling apart. I am well versed in building things and the proper use of all manner of tools. I did not experience a rookie's problem. This product is junk.
