Works great manually, but not up to par with modern technology. Bluetooth range for this grill is you limitation through the mobile app to monitor your food. WiFi connectivity is practically nonexistent due to modern routers with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channels. It needs 2.4 GHz for connectivity which can be a pain. All else aside from that, no complaints!

Poor product and terrible company
Read the online reviews for this product and the company in general. Their products are poorly constructed and their customer service is terrible. I exchanged twenty messages and emails with Blackstone about errors in their fabrication and instructions for construction. I was diligent in my process and provided detailed notes and pictures. They were extremely standoffish and admonished the customer when clearly their product was poorly constructed. Buyer beware.

Worst pellet grill ever
Save your money and do not buy anything pellet grill related to Blackstone. Customer service sucks and it is terrible. I have not seen one grill make it longer than 6 months. Look in any Facebook group related to the product and you’ll see for yourself.
