Upon assembling the new grill I had trouble mounting the burner assembly to the right front leg. Then was unable to attach the right side panel without forcing it. Now I cannot attach the right door due to lack of clearance

I have recently purchased and assembled a blackstone 36" pro-series grill with the omnivore griddle and cabinets. It is awesome. Assembly

Instructions were easy to follow and assembly went smoothly for the most part. The left side panel was somewhat difficult to install.

Easy to put together

Super easy to assemble just definitely need two people because it is very heavy waiting for my hubby to get home to help me with the top!!

Love the detail and the storage!

I have had this grill now for a couple of weeks and I absolutely love it. Great compliment to outdoor cooking

I bought the Blackstone to add to my outdoor cooking and unlock new meal ideas. The shipping was quick, and assembly took about 3 hours. The quality is good, and no parts were damaged or missing. The only complaint was the front left griddle base didn’t align correctly, so I loosened up several screws and moved all the pieces around until it improved. Great griddle, very poor quality control

I really cannot believe the very poor quality control and terrible assembly experience I have had with a thousand dollar griddle. From scratches, gouges, bent pieces, and misaligned holes due to an unsquare weld, an open weld on the griddle top, to an important instruction step (10A) that is COMPLETELY absent from the instruction manual and was found taped to the gas hose! This is my third griddle and by far the best. Arrived with a slight dent in the back of the hinged lid, the hole in the bottom of the box tells me someone dropped it. The instructions need to be rewritten, the Heat Shield amendment is still incorrect, simply install the heat shield to the inner drawer walls, it will never attach to the top, front support bracket. Thoughts for improvement 1. Develop a better greased trap system to eliminate possibility of animals getting to grease. I need to purchase an after market system when it should come with the product. 2. Hood hinge is flimsy. Feels like it will bend and warp not allowing hood to close properly. Hinges needs to be beefed up. 3. Handle for hood was very difficult to install. Doesn’t sit flush to hood front. Otherwise, nice product.
