poor quality - drying feature broke and failed to work after less than 6 months of purchase with limited use. do not buy, quality of the overall product is cheap/poor.

Bio bidet BB 1200

Very happy with this purchase. This bidet is more comfortable and upgraded from the bidet i bought around 4 years ago. All functions are working perfect. My husband had a little problem with the fastener gasket when installed it, the size didn't match our toilet, but he made another one by himself and the rest of it worked fine.

GARBAGE PRODUCT

First, the functionality does not match the product description. The seat and water are not staying heated as advertised, and despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, we have had no success resolving the issue. Second, the build quality is shockingly poor. This was a gift to me. I love it and would recommend it.

Disappointing

I purchased the 1200 primarily because of its elongated size, as my previous bidet was round, and its inclusion of theTurbo wash function as well as the feeling that an ‘upgrade’ was due. However, I am extremely disappointed with its performance. In comparison to the BB 1000, for my view the cleaning process of the 1200 falls short in several areas.
