Sticky stuff

I had approximately a half inch gap between the bottom of a vinyl sliding door and painted steel flashing and Big Stretch filled it nicely. This is sticky stuff and seems like it will stick to anything.

Being in the caulk aisle can be a bit overwhelming - there's tons of different 'styles' and prices are all over the place, and while some claim to do XYZ just based on name alone, often they fall short in reality and in real world use which is unfortunate. I have not found that to be the case with Big Stretch - it's not cheap by any means, but you get what you pay for when it comes to caulk (seriously). It has it's uses and quirks (mostly the dry time and you have to wait at least 24 hours befo...

My husband always purchased your regular caulking to do our home improvements. The previous caulking from different brand does not compare to this brand. Loved it goes on white but dries clear. It had a better grip where it becomes tacky and creates a great seal. Up to now project done 2 months ago still holds and has no cracks

Worth the price for the super strong stretch. The soap/water clean-up for this caulk is why I chose this one over the other heavy-duty option I was considering. Takes paint well, but wait the full four hours before painting!
