Fire Pit
Product was not fully functional upon pick up as handle wasn’t connected to the unit. Either it was defective or assembled poorly. Product does create a nice big fire. Employees were nice but didn’t seem empowered to rectify the situation by either grabbing a new top from another unit and send that back to the manufacturer or a small discount for the inconvenience.

Had the store assemble this & am missing a screw in the bottom ring of the firepit. There are scratches near where it should have been but it did not line up correctly so seems to have just been left off. Aside from that the item is as expected.
