Arrived broken with poor customer support
I was so excited to get this, I lugged in the heavy package and opened it ready to put it together and relax when I saw there was a huge, dangerous crack the the front of it right where your legs would swing on and off. I contacted Support and was offered only a 10% to keep as is, or that I would have to pack it back up into a tight little box myself and wait until a new one arrived with no discount on the replacement for the inconvenience and delay. Perfect chaise, great value
Perfect for knitting and reading on the deck with my dogs. I got it because it's strong enough to have both dogs on it with me. The arms are a perfect height for reading or knitting. Easy to put together (took two of us less than an hour.) Sturdy construction and high quality wood. The cushion is very nice as well, water resistant but comfortable. I'm so happy I purchased this.

Horrible fading
I loved the look of the chairs in the beginning, and the function is great, but they faded horribly in the sun within a few weeks. I ordered the Navy blue ones. The sun was Wisconsin fall sun that was not even bright. I flipped over the this summer, and sprayed with a sun protectant and they still faded horribly within less than a month. Would not recommend. Only on here to see if there’s anyway to get replacement cushions in a less fadeable color since they look so embarrassing.
