As a very well respected bath & tile refinisher in the North Florida area, who sold our business in 2003 after 12 years in the business, I was skeptical about this DIY kit. I am very impressed with the kit and more so with the product. It seems very similar with the product I purchased from my franchisor. Prep is really the key in achieving successful results. I bought two kits for my 3'x4' x 6' fiberglass shower. I gave it two full coats per the instructions, and I don't think the one kit would have completed the second coat. I didn't want to take a chance so I used the second kit for the second coat. I followed the instructions to the letter, except I used a DA(dual action) sander with 240 grit sandpaper.
