The doors were not labeled, and the base of one was chipped. The towel bar is not cut to size, despite there being a specific length for it to be cut too. There were typos and misnumbered items in the manual- such as only being given 4 spacers, but 6 being shown on the diagram for the 6 screws to go into the wall pieces. There were no FAQs or tips for when things weren't aligning. Our doors are crooked.

Inner Glass Shattered
Bought this for my remodel of my Master Bathroom. While installing the inner glass door it shattered right in my face while i was holding the glass door. Thank God nothing flew in my eyes. I read up on the reviews that other people had their glass shatter too but I didnt think i was one of them too. So i emailed the manufactory to see if i can get a replacement for my inner glass door instead of buying a whole new set which will cost me another $500.

Directions could be more explicit
I expected the sizing of the top and bottom to be closer to the specs of the shower door. Both were much wider (about 5 feet) and required measuring and cutting.

Glass Door Burst!
I was installing one of the shower doors and it burst in my hands! The glass wasn't under pressure in any way. Was raising it to the rail, and POW! Thankfully I was wearing glasses at the time.
