Basco Armon single panel shower enclosures use innovative engineering to create a suspended glass look to complement sophisticated bath decors. The drip rail system at the bottom of the door includes a channel that returns water back inside the shower. There is a 3-in magnetic handle that wraps the door to make sure the door latches to the unit. All Basco shower enclosures are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Moderate DIY skills are recommended for installation of the shower enclosure. To keep the water in the shower, we recommend positioning the hinge opposite of the shower head. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. Tools needed to install the door are: tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64-in, 1/8-in, 1/4-in drill bits, #2 Phillips screwdriver, 3/16-in wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended). Now that it is installed we are very pleased with the end result. There were a few moments of regret during installation, resulting from poor installation instructions. But we worked through it, bought a new hacksaw, and now have a lovely shower door.

Installation considerations

Would Recommend

Design seems to be functional. Though I've installed it, it will be months before I use the shower. Keep in mind that 66 inches tall is only 5½ feet. If you're 6' tall, water will be splashing over top of this door. I plan to modify my shower enclosure opening to avoid that issue. The directions that come with it appear to be written in English by an English speaking writer, so they are easy to follow. The only mistake I see is that steps 11 and 12 both mention pressing the drip rail to the do...
