Made pet sick

Despite saying safer for pets , made mine extremely sick. Do not use where pets go

Sprayer inop

Completely useless! The included battery-powered sprayer did not work, thus no way to spread the deicer fluid.

Electric Pump Inip

The included sprayer has an electric pump. Mine was completely inoperative. Put batteries in, pushed the switch and nothing happened. Checked batteries, all OK and noticed that the switch would not depress in either ON or OFF position, like no switch there at all. Sprayer is thus useless. Better to get a bottle of the de-icer and a manual pump. Skip this piece of junk!

Package was not delivered

Despite being scanned 11/25/2024 as delivered I did not receive this ice melter liquid pump sprayer and one gallon of liquid ice melt solution.order#300902312244889806. I went on Lowe’s customer service chat with Kristian and she used the tracking number and said that the item was returned to the vendor. I think that I am due a refund for this part of the order which had been split from the original order. Part one was delivered on time.

The sprayer I received was not the one pictured.

The sprayer I received is much flimsier and there is no shoulder strap. The one pictured appears to be easier to fill and to carry. I have to put the one I received into a wagon and drag it around while I try to pump up the pressure and spray at the same time. UGH!

Easy to Use

This Product is easy to use. The Bottle it came in was very difficult to open. Apparently they GLUED the lid on to keep it from opening in shipping. We had to cut the bottle top off to get it opened. The entire bottle quantity did fit in the sprayer.
