Terrible user manual makes Great machine useless
The product itself is a workhorse. But the very limited user manual and instructions that come with the trimmer are a show stopper. Very small, limited, pictures with no instructions is all your given to assenble the device and insure that it is working properly. A decent user manual that explains string, head and tool replacement would be nice

Brand new out of the box and it wont start
What a waste of my valuable time with this piece of junk. Followed all the wacky instructions on the manual. The unit wont start. Check the spark plug, wire brush and still not working. Very disappointed with this product.

Save your money for something else!
It would NOT START. After opening the box I looked at the components and thought it was a little flimsy and cheap but it was pretty cheap. I put it all together, filled it with 50:1 motomix. I tried starting it for quite some time and checked the spark plug and realized the spark plug cable was never connected.

It cuts great but id upgrade to the .105 line
It works great but who ever built it left a hose clamp off the gas inlet side in the gas tank. Yes it fell off n n weed eater would shutoff after it used about a 1/4 of a tank of gas. Lowes service wanted to take it n send it off to be fixed. I fixed it n have had no other problems since but ive only put 4 tanks of gas through it.
