High-Quality Playset!

Would Recommend

We’ve been really happy with the Backyard Discovery Shenandoah playset so far. The quality of the materials impressed us right away—the wood, plastic pieces, and hardware all feel sturdy and well made. The instructions were clear enough that two adults were able to put it together over about half a weekend, which was much less daunting than we expected. Our kids have been using it every day since we finished it. They especially love the swings, the little playhouses, and the slide. It has plent...

Great swing set!

I would have pre installed more of the T nuts before mounting most boards. I found myself pounding T nuts into flimsy boards at times.

it is a wonderful fun combination of activities for a child and a papaw too, a lot of items to put together and the instructions were made easy to figure out with letters and numbers marked on each item

Was decent but had some issues

some wood pieces split even with not sinking the screws in so deep and the wood quality wasn't the greatest.

Best of swingset and playhouse

Would Recommend

Best of both worlds between swingset and playhouse. Plus the price was very reasonable so we could afford the installation too. I'm very impressed with this company and the installation company that have on hand. Highly recommend!

Grandchild loves it; we LOVED the building project

Would Recommend

I wasn’t sure we could put this together ourselves when I ordered it, but it turns out that the directions are so clear and the parts so well marked that we did this as a family project over 2 days, and succeeded! Our 2-year old granddaughter absolutely LOVES it. It’s the first thing she goes to when she comes to our house. The only thing I would suggest is adding the directions that the pieces be painted with the weatherproofing prior to building, the first year. Easy to apply weatherproofi...

Great for fun once it’s together!

Would Recommend

Great play set for kids. Lots of activities. It is quite difficult and time consuming to put together though so make sure you’re prepared for that accordingly.

So many screws!

Would Recommend

Only problem I had was that I a few boards that were banged up from shipping. Still used them but one in particular is already peeling.
