Ask for help
The product works reasonably well, but the installation instructions do not - in some aspects - match the product. Specifically, the instructions require that the spindle on the product be turned until a dimple faces the door. There is no dimple! And, there are not instructions about how to increase the closing force if it does not successfully latch the door closed.
