Ran for less then two weeks. Motor went out after a week. Customer care was not care at all. guy on the phone would not talk to me since i didn't have my receipt in hand. Then said you need a new motor. Took it back to Lowes and at first refused to take it back. After about 25 minutes a manager came and returned it.

Great cooler with a junk pump
Used for one summer in Utah. When the pump is pumping it works great. The problem is I never knew if the pump would start pumping when I turned it on. Called Bonaire they said to soak the pump in vinegar. Seems to me that a pump in warranty should pump when turned on. I would have to pull the back off and fill the pump hose with water to get it to work. If I turned it off at night it may pump when turned on the next day or I would have to pull the back and fill the hose with water to get the pum...
