not working properly
I had to hire an AC technician to do a maintenance check and they found out that the circuit board is not working properly. the AC have the error code e9

So Far So Good
First time installing a mini split. I found this unit to have a lot of features at a very reasonable cost. The directions were fairly straightforward and were step by step. The final install went without issue and the inverter drive unit is VERY quiet. It sits right outside a window and is less sound than a box fan on low speed. Very pleased so far. Time will tell on durability.

Easy Install
Bought this do cool and heat my garage. I just took my time, figured out how I wanted to place it and got all my tools and supplies together. No problems, fired right up and made my garage nice to work in.
