EASIER THAN I THOUGHT

This unit is easy to install if you follow the instructions, You do need a Vacuum pump, Manifold Gauge, and a flaring tool if you are going to need to cut the pipes/lines. I did appreciate the small vial of flare sealant that they had included it works wonders and you don't need much of it. I would like to inform you that the Indoor unit is pressurized, so when you are removing the plugs one of them has a release valve by which you can release the pressure before undoing the caps. absolutely amazing!

this mini split is the bees knees! It's been over a half year since I had it installed. it's cut my cooling and heating bill in half quite literally I went from 500 to 220. and it's in my room.... it's awesome! I'm hot I click a button and bam cold air. I'm cold (one time, I run hot and like it at 60) my 2200sqft house was warm, I guess my wife and kids were too ... furnace barely turns on ac barely turns on. this is the way to go.

Quiet and Functional

I purchased and installed this mini-split in summer of '24. It's been over a year now and the unit is working great! It's incredibly quiet compared to the window unit it replaced and there was a noticeable drop in my power bill (not a lot mind you, but it does add up over time). junk

the unit is junk. I bought one had an ac company install it. when they went to fill it with freon it just blew right back out of the hole in the system. took 2 days to get bhi to answer/email me. sent them the video of the leak. they told me we did it and would not help.

Great Air Conditioner

This Is our 2nd time to buy this brand split unit, because we liked it better. We put these in rental apartments. The performance is good & the electric bill is much lower than a traditional unit.

super quiet

We bought 3 of these mini splits. It was 40 degrees outside when we installed them. With in 5 minutes the house starting getting warm. They are super quiet even when the fans are on high. I am really impressed with them. I like that this model has the heater. I would definitely recommend them.
