Poor customer service.
The product itself is fine but it came damaged. Not sure if it was from the warehouse or from shipping. The customer service I dealt with for receiving a damaged product was absolutely ridiculous.

Don't use free shipping.
Product seems to be working fine but there were 2 dents in it. Contacted customer service and they said they would only give me a 10% discount, or I could request a replacement. This would be shipped just like the one I received and based on other comments, would be dented also.

Dont have it delivered!
The fridge its self looked good quality, but the delivery was terrible. It was literally dropped off a truck, and Lowe's offered me a return or a $25 in store gift card. I returned it obviously and bought one from an orange competitor.

Open Box When Delivered
First the delivery guys just dumped it in the hall on the second floor and it was to be put in the basement…direct door no steps. Then when finally unboxed it has dents in it.
