Absolutely Beautiful!
I'm so happy I waited for this item to come back in stock. It is well worth the wait. The self-closing drawers, though kind of hard to open compared to a regular drawer, are a wonderful feature. The marble top is beautiful. The vanity is really high quality, with a lovely finish, and made of solid wood so it's really heavy. Technically, if you have this delivered it is 'curb-side delivery'. But the delivery man was kind enough to drag this thing up my steep driveway and get it into my garage. ...

disappointing finish and service from avanity
THE FINISH IS STARTING TO CRACK AND PEEL within a few months of purchase. Avanity sent "touch-up" paint yet the color does not match. For the cost, I would have expected better.

Delivery
Can't say anything bad about the vanity itself. It's beautiful and exactly what I wanted. But... If you think Free delivery to your home makes more sense than delivery to Lowe's store, unloading-loading heavy boxes there and then delivering to your house - keep in mind! - THIS IS CURBSIDE DELIVERY. You don't see any info about it on the website when you place the order. But you will face it when it's delivered and you have to figure out how to get those heavy boxes inside.
