Inspect it. . . .
This may very well be a great vanity top, but be sure to inspect it before you take it home or the delivery folks leave. We waited two weeks for the curbside pickup, then discovered it was broken in half when we got home. It was not a surprise when we saw the packaging -- there was about 5 inches of styrofoam on the top of the box, but absolutely no protection in the bottom of the box. Bound to break if it gets thrown onto a truck even once. Lowes was nice enough about giving a refund but we...

Nice sink but doesn’t work with Avanity vanity
This is a very nice all-in-one ceramic vanity top with integrated sink. Having had a pedestal sink, I much prefer the durability of a ceramic surface over stone or quartz that can stain or get water marks. However, this inexplicably doesn’t work with Avanity’s own vanity. We have the Avanity Brooks 36-inch model and the sink portion of this top sits on/touches the flip out bins of that vanity. With this vanity top on, we couldn’t open the bins. We had to return this and it looks like we’ll need ...
