Item nice, delivery terrible

I ordered this item weeks ago. Expected delivery was February 23 (3 weeks after I ordered it). On February 25th the item was still not yet delivered and I couldn't get a clear answer on tracking. I contacted Lowes, who said we need to wait 72 hours after the estimated date to look into it. On the 27th I called back, the item was still not here. At that time they informed me it was showing shipped but they couldn't give me a confirmed delivery time. They told me it would arrive between 3-10 days....
