Absolute Garbage
Lasted exactly 1 year. Melted the wiring inside the case. Garbage from day 1.

Complete garbage.
The wiring will cook itself and the company has no customer service to speak of. This was my second unit and I was able to keep it operating by scavenging parts from the last one. Unfortunately It seems almost every brand is using the same base unit from the pictures I find of the internal components. Quality products just don't seem to exist anymore.

It is easy to adjust the temperature. It heats quickly. I have better water pressure with this water heater than I did with the tankless heater I had before.

Not Worth It - Junk
It takes up six spots in breaker box for three 40 amp breakers and the eight gauge wire needed so it is a decent investment. My issue is the unit is dead just 2.5 years after installing it. By the way, it has a 2 year warranty on parts. My recommendation is to purchase a gas water heater next time and not one made by Atmor.

I needed as replacement for my Bosch tankless, and since they no longer make Bosch this one was comparable in my price range
