Pad SIZES explained

Aspen Snow-Cool pads are my favorite, and I've tried all the different kinds. When they're new, I let the cooler run water over them for a couple of hours or more, then drain the cooler and add fresh water. That way the woody smell and any loose fibers that may come off are pretty much done happening, so the second tank fill stays cleaner. I can usually get two summer's worth of use out of the pads, even though my water is pretty hard. As for the SIZES, I'm convinced Lowe's really doesn't want ...

Received sooner than expected and was what we wanted.

The product was fine , it was a shipping issue. I paid extra to get my ORDER faster and I got it a week later. NOT COOL. . . .

Exceptional Cooling

Best bang for the buck without a doubt. Much better cooling than synthetic.

no more blue

Changed 4 pads from new blue to Aspen Snow Cool. Outside was 97 and after hours of running with the blue pads house never dropped below 80. I switched out blue for Aspen within 90 minutes the inside temp was 71 my wife turned the unit off it was too chilly. I always bought old houses that had really crusty Aspen pads and threw them out because I thought there was an upgrade. Just stick with the original product and this is an old Tradewinds cooler. Listen to the old - timers like me.
