It's completely see-through
It's absolutely laughable that they say "Privacy: High" on this product. It's not frosted at all! It has a mild bumpy texture, but you could read a book through it without a problem. Privacy: ZILCH.
COMPLETELY SEE-THROUGH
I bought this for our bathroom. All of the pictures make it look like it has a frosted-glass look that will let light through while still being basically opaque. It is absolutely crystal clear with a mild bumpy texture, and if you put it on your windows everything happening in that room will be completely visible. Easy to apply, has just enough color so it doesn’t look like a bathroom window. It looks nice from the outside in the evening with the interior lights on
