Special order = broken tiles

Would Recommend

My case of 26 tiles had 3 broken ones. I called to get them replaced and was told that would happen. Called to check 9 days later and no record could be found that anyone was doing anything about it. I ended up ordering another case because I did not account for over 15% breakage. We will check those tiles before leaving the store this time. The tiles themselves are very nice and exactly what I was looking for.

Open the boxes immediately and pull the tiles out.

Very nice tile, unfortunately there were many broken pieces in the boxes. One box had about 10 shattered tiles. Other boxes had 1 or 2 chipped tiles. Hopefully I'll have enough to finish my project.
