Ok purchase, not very bright

My husband and I recently bought a house with an unfinished basement. This light was just installed in our newly finished bathroom. The light looks nices, is good quality, but is not very bright. There are no windows in the bathroom, so there is no natural light, but this light doesn't provide a whole lot. Also, the description states that it comes with (4) 50W bulbs, when in reality it came with (4) 40W bulbs. Due to the lack of light, I actually went out and purchased (4) 50W bulbs to replace ...

Poor product

Fixture was missing extendable arms/rods. Paint job on fixture was substandard.

classy looking

I bought two, one for either side of my bathroom mirror. They just amped the glamour in the bathroom. Be careful when screwing on the inner lense, I accidentally broke one of the tiny halogen bulbs when doing so. It is not a bright light, not enough for makeup application, but plenty fine for daily hygiene needs.

Nice Light

This light was exactly the size and shape I needed for my living room. The slightly notched out corners are a nice touch. It holds two regular light bulbs, which is good because so many lights now use odd bulbs. I was, however, disappointed with the finsih. The description states, " brushed nickel." it is not brushed nickel, but a shiny chrome like metal finish. I had to spray paint this area to match other lamps in this room.

Not flush mount

This fixture looked lovely if you were standing directly underneath it, but from any other angle you can see the bulbs and the foil insulation. The glass suspends about 3" below the base exposing the base. I will be retuning it. It might look ok if it was in a higher ceiling.
