Great product/Easy Install

Blind is well made and with the template that comes with it pretty simple to install. Even for a non-do it yourselves like me. With someone to help (in my case, my wife) hold it when actually installing the blind in the brackets it can be installed in an hour or less (if you are a confident donor your selfer). Also if you go to the maker’s site you can find a video on You Tube to walk you through the process. Would recommend.

Roller Shades Arrived Damaged

The roller shades came with easy to understand instructions, and the installation was straightforward. However, two out of the three arrived damaged. Lowe’s picked the two damaged shades, but it’s now been two weeks and my credit card has yet to be credited. An online chat escalate the timeline for the credit, but I was told it would still take another 3-10 business days. Lowe’s billing is MUCH quicker than their crediting.

Very good shade

We use this outside on the front porch. Strong material and hefty hardware make for a solid product. Very good at blocking sun but still see outside. Only negative were the screws they give to put in the brackets stripped the heads very quickly so bought better grade and worked great. Highly recommend

product arrived in perfect condition; packaging was excellent. Only reason for the 3 star rating was that it's light filtering characteristics were not quite 'light filtering' as expected. Would have liked a bit more sun blocking. In all fairness to Lowes, the shade works great, all hardware and template were perfect, installation was easy, just follow instruction.
