Replace unsightly yellowing exhaust fan covers; This upgrade doesn't capture as much dust as a grille vent.
Exhaust Fan Compatibility: Exhaust Fan housing must measure from 8"x8" to 10.5"x10.5" to be compatible.

Absolutely the best!!
We purchased our first 2 framed vents for the kitchen over a year ago and loved them so much we purchased 2 flush mount versions for our bedroom! Vent looks great! As a first time installer, it was a bit of a learning curve as I struggled to get it to sit flat on the drywall. I ended up getting it worked out and it looks great!

Limited Practical Application
In a renovation with dimensional lumber & smooth ceilings probably fine. Not practical for new construction. You’d have to install the fan before Sheetrock then coordinate install of the flange during Sheetrock finish. Also 14-1/4” won’t fit 16” o.c. TJI. We were really hoping this could work.

Good quality, solid mount
Very solid even though I bought the lite version. I expected the frame to be more flimsy but overall sturdy despite supporting the weight of the fan itself. I added some blocking above the drywall so I could screw into wood on all 4 sides of the flange just to be sure, but wouldn't hesitate to screw through just two sides if necessary. My only complaint was the flanges don't recess far enough above the corner bead edge. It was difficult to hide the screw heads in mud without sanding through or b...
