Ordered and paid for 2 urns. The one I got is gorgeous--Great size, great quality--very impressed. BUT I ordered and paid for 2 and only received one. I brought the box inside in minutes. It was not stolen by a porch pirate. These urns are substantial and only one can fit in a box . Should have received 2 separate boxes. Now I have an annoying process with Lowes to "prove" only one item was received. Not happy.

Quality product!
This pot exceeded my expectations. It was well packed in the shipping box and arrived in great condition. The walls of the pot are thick but the overall weight is fairly light and manageable. Very impressed with Arcadia garden products.
