Keep it simple
Replaced a similar old one. None of the plastic ones work on my snow. The ergonomic handles hurt my back.

Cheaply made (broke first use)
This broke in the middle of shoveling the first time I used it. The little screws that hold the handle to the plate come out and the handle came loose and out. There's no good way to put it back together.

Great for using on ice mounds, metal blade scrapes
Excellent for chipping away at ice mounds. I have to find a rubber cover for the blade because it scrapes up the paved driveway. Very strong, light and great shovel for shoveling heavy icy snow.
