Awful
These look good, but DO NOT stay secure. They wiggle and come lose. We have tired to reinstall MULTIPLE times and no matter what, they loosen and jiggle. It makes them seem to cheat and is really frustrating. I am so disappointed and requesting some support in exchanging as this is not okay.

Wish I picked a different style
I really like Amerock products and used them exclusively in our whole house remodel. This tissue holder is just ok. The dust from the spinning tissue roll collects on the holder and really shows when you have Oil Rubbed Bronze. The square bar for the tissue to roll on is counter intuitive, it's not a smooth roller, a round bar makes much more sense. I have not had any trouble with a toilet paper roll fitting. Overall I think this holder looks better in pictures than in actual use setting.
