I understand that the box was heavy but it could’ve been delivered better instead of them just tossing it to the ground. I was afraid that there was damage, thankfully there wasn’t. Because I was in no mood to return it. I love that it was easy to assemble and once we got it together, I just love it!

the fireplace is beautiful, but it does take at least two people to put it together; a lot of pieces.. and many many pegs and screws, you have to have someone that knows how to read instructions and have patience.

I ordered this when it was on sale. when I received it, it arrived damage with the backing being damaged. lowes offered me a discount instead of a replacement so I took it because you can't see it. however you can see the screws on the front and it came with no blue covers to hide the silver screws.

Damaged. This is thesecond one i received damaged. I cannot carry to stire and shipping label takes forever so i continued to open and was paying someone to put together for me sooo. The holes are too small. The partical board splintered. Cheaply made. The top was scratched and also side the quality not yhere very frustrating to spend 500 bucks. Not worth more than 200 at most

A little cheaply made for the price......
Not too bad to put together, instructions are pictures only. This is particle board with a thin veneer coating. Mine had several spots/corners where the veneer had rubbed off during movement of pieces during shipping, not worth returning. Luckily I was able to use a black marker to cover them. It is bigger than it looks, even though I ordered the smaller one. It is heavy, and I added felt pads on bottom of legs to be able to move more easier if needed. Would be easier to assemble with two people...

Not enough heat
Its pretty and has nice lighting but for the price and the size, the heating unit is underpowered. It would be nice for a smaller room, maybe, but then the size would be too big. Easy assembly with 2 people.
