One of the most popular ways to attach downspout to the wall is to use a decorative downspout band that matches the downspout. The band bends around the downspout and attaches to the wall with nails or screws. This downspout band has a baked on factory finish and can be used with 2-in x 3-in or 3-in x 4-in brown aluminum downspout.

Use 2 decorative downspout bands for each 10-ft to attach downspout to exterior wall
Strap band around downspout and secure to wall
Attach to downspout with screws or pop rivets (not included)

What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise these downspout straps for reliable performance and ease of installation. Most highlight how effectively they secure downspouts, maintain proper spacing, and enhance gutter appearance with minimal effort. Reviewers consistently note the straps work as expected, with flexible aluminum and pre-pressed grooves allowing simple bending without specialized tools. Many appreciate the clean white finish that matches standard aluminum gutters, creating a polished, professional look. A few mention the metal feels thinner than expected, though most accept this trade-off for ease of use. Overall, customers find them highly effective and recommend them for both professionals and DIY users.
